On a beautiful sunny day, two All Saints’ teams played in the annual Fairtrade Football tournament. Both teams were amazing, growing in confidence with each game. Congratulations to the blue team on winning the tournament and to the yellow team who were runners up.
Thank you all for the generous donations of food and toiletry items for The Padley Group. The charity helps the most deprived and vulnerable in our society. Today, our strong House and Vice Captains helped to pack all the donations ready to be delivered to The Padley Group.
What a morning! We had fortune tellers, hook-a-duck, target throw, hoopla, guess the item, lucky dip and many more stalls put on by the Year 6s as part of their topic. The Year 3s came and spent their currency at the stall of their choice and all pupils involved had a great time. The only question that remains is: Why don’t we do this more often?
On Friday the 28th of September, Amelie and Isla organised a cake competition! Everybody bought a cake in and it was judged. The very lucky judges were Mr.Allen, Mr.Abbott, Mr. O’Connell, Amelie and Isla. Year 3 winner was Hugh, Year 4 winner was Amelie, who made a French rainbow cake! Year 5 winner was Georgia and the Year 6 winner was Millie D! The overall winner was Sienna, with her unicorn cake! Well done to all the parents who helped their kids make cakes!
