This evening we put in one of our strongest displays of the season against a decent St. Joseph’s side.
Our goalkeeper made some great saves in the first half to keep us in the game before we kicked on in the second half scoring 4 more goals to win 7-2.
A fantastic performance by all and thank you to everyone who supported us.

April 22nd every year is Earth Day. The ECO team wanted everyone to show their support by wearing something green and donating a small amount to Greenpeace for their work on the reduction of plastic pollution. As a school, we have raised £50.16. Well done everyone and thank you from the ECO team.
This term our new school value is Friendship. We have thought about what friendship means to us and put our ideas onto our reflection tree. We have also made friendship bracelets.
It has been a wonderful first week back for our Year 2’s! We have got stuck into our learning and had lots of fun too! In PE, we are focusing on sending and returning skills within tennis. We have finished creating our ferris wheel mechanisms in DT. We have learned all about bulbs and seeds in Science and we are comparing a large American city to a small European town in Geography. We were amazed by the effort that was put into the explorers homework over the holidays! Thank you to our lovely mystery reader this week! Have a lovely weekend everyone!
Year 1 have had another busy but very fun week! They did a fantastic job of leading our Easter service on Tuesday and have been busy in D&T creating their own moving vehicles. 🚗
We have been working hard on our singing with singing stars and enjoyed learning about tree surgeons with a great view through our window!
In choosing time we have been testing out floating and sinking and building houses for the 3 little pigs.
Today we were very excited when we came back in from break time to find our Easter baskets had been filled with yummy treats and we’re sure we saw some white fluffy ears flash past the window! 🐰

After learning about Holi festival we put on our painting clothes and headed outside! We mixed colours and expressed ideas and feelings through our painting! We had various genres of music playing through a speaker too so we could respond through paint. As you can see, we had LOTS of fun!
We LOVED making fruit kebabs in EYFS. We used a claw grip to cut our fruit into pieces, our fingers to peel and used a melon baller to core our apples!
